The Holy Scriptures

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God and is trustworthy, authoritative, and foundational for Christian faith and life.

We believe Scripture reveals God’s truth, His plan of redemption, and His will for humanity.

One God

We believe there is one eternal God who exists in three persons:

• Father,
• Son,
• and Holy Spirit.

He is the Creator, Sustainer, and Lord of all things.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man.

We believe:

• He was born of a virgin,
• lived a sinless life,
• performed mighty works,
• died on the cross for the sins of humanity,
• rose bodily from the dead,
• ascended into heaven,
• and will return again in glory.

We believe salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace received through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe forgiveness of sins and eternal life are available to all who repent and trust in Him.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit works in the lives of believers to:

• convict,
• guide,
• strengthen,
• teach,
• comfort,
• sanctify,
• and transform them into Christlikeness.

We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers for Christian living, ministry, prayer, witness, and service according to the will of God.

We believe God continues to anoint and equip believers through the work of the Holy Spirit and distributes spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church and the advancement of the Gospel.

Spiritual Gifts

We believe spiritual gifts are given by the Holy Spirit for the strengthening of the Church, the service of others, and the glory of God.

We believe believers should exercise spiritual gifts with humility, love, wisdom, biblical discernment, and submission to the authority of Scripture.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of believers from all nations and backgrounds who are united through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe the mission of the Church includes:

• proclaiming the Gospel,
• teaching God’s Word,
• making disciples,
• and serving others in love.

Resurrection & Eternal Hope

We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

We believe Christ will return and establish His righteous kingdom.

Ministry Purpose

BiblePPTs.com seeks to encourage:
